Registration
Please use the registration form on the registration page to apply to attend our career events. After you have uploaded your CV and completed your application, you will receive a confirmation of its receipt to the email address you have provided. This confirmation includes a link for verification purposes. Please verify your application within seven days of submitting it. If verification is not carried out, we will not be able to consider your application during the selection process. We will review your application and let you know if you are invited to our career event promptly after the registration deadline.
Because the number of spots at our events is limited, registering does not automatically mean you have been offered a firm spot. You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us once you have successfully uploaded your documents. After the registration deadline, we will review your application and let you know in a timely manner if you are invited.

Please note when uploading your CV that we don't accept all file types and prefer PDF files. If you continue to have issues with uploading, please feel free to get in touch using the contact information on the registration page.
You are free to lay your CV out as you wish. However, please keep in mind that the entire event will be held in German.
We make a point of reviewing your documents carefully. Therefore, you will hear from us promptly after the registration deadline to let you know if you have been invited to the career event.
No, being enrolled in a university is not an absolute requirement. You can also apply if you have just graduated from a bachelor's or master's program or are taking a gap year.
No, there is no age limit for participating in our career events.
We're afraid there is not an option of only attending part of the event.

You will organize your travel to and from the event on your own. Of course, you will not incur any costs for attending. We will pay your train travel expenses (Deutsche Bahn 2nd class, "Flexpreis"). We will send you a link to use to enter your costs in a form which can then be uploaded together with your receipts. Please note that reimbursement is not possible without receipts. The purchase of a Bahncard also cannot be reimbursed.
Of course, you can also travel with your own car – we can reimburse these costs with € 0.30 per kilometer. We will reimburse your car travel costs up to the total amount of train travel (Deutsche Bahn 2nd class, "Flexpreis"). Please note that we do not reimburse any rental car costs and ask that you arrange your travel by car in advance with the event team. Reimbursement cannot be made without prior arrangements.
