Please use the registration form on the registration page to register for the event. After you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation of its receipt to the email address you have provided. This confirmation includes a link for verification purposes. Please verify your application within seven days. If verification is not carried out, we will not be able to consider your registration. You will find out if you are invited promptly after the registration deadline.
Because the number of spots at our events is limited, registering does not automatically mean you have been offered a firm spot. Therefore, participation will be decided by a draw among all those who are entitled to register. We will let you know promptly if you can take part.

You will organize your travel to and from the event on your own. Of course, you will not incur any costs for attending. We will pay your train travel expenses (Deutsche Bahn 2nd class, "Flexpreis"). We will send you a link to use to enter your costs in a form which can then be uploaded together with your receipts. Please note that reimbursement is not possible without receipts. The purchase of a Bahncard also cannot be reimbursed.
Of course, you can also travel with your own car – we can reimburse these costs with € 0.30 per kilometer. We will reimburse your car travel costs up to the total amount of train travel (Deutsche Bahn 2nd class, "Flexpreis"). Please note that we do not reimburse any rental car costs and ask that you arrange your travel by car in advance with the event team. Reimbursement cannot be made without prior arrangements.
