Here's how it works:

Working together
At PwC Germany, all requests for collaboration with HR consultancies (executive search firms) are managed centrally by our headhunter management team. If you are interested in working together, please contact de_headhunting@pwc.com.

Pool of Preferred Suppliers
The headhunter management team works based on a search order logic. This means that HR consultancies from the exclusive pool of preferred suppliers are specifically commissioned for specific search projects. Only profiles submitted as part of such an order will be accepted.

Focus: Experienced professional
The focus of the collaboration is on recruiting experienced professionals. Profiles from HR consultancies are therefore only considered for positions at the “Manager” level and above.

Agency access
When working together, the HR consultancy is registered in SAP SuccessFactors. Profiles for the respective search project can be uploaded via the system’s so-called “agency access”.

Internal audit
The responsible PwC recruiting team checks the submitted profiles and initiates further steps.

Compensation
If the position is filled by the personnel consultancy as part of the commissioned search, remuneration will be based on the corresponding standard conditions.

Good to know: 


  • For data protection reasons, profiles sent by email to the recruiting team or other employees or partners of PwC Germany will not be accepted. Likewise, all other possible channels for submitting profiles that do not follow the specified process are excluded from consideration and processing.  
  • Please do not apply via the PwC careers page on behalf of the candidates you are supporting. Only profiles submitted via SAP SuccessFactors will be accepted.
  • In all cases, the personnel consultancy is only entitled to a fee if there is cooperation, an assignment has taken place, the profile has been received by PwC Germany from the personnel consultancy via the specified channel and there are no valid reasons preventing a fee payment.
